Watching this two minute video and reviewing last year’s schedule will give you a good feel for the value of EDS. New features this year include sessions for veteran school business office leaders, a session 10 minute goldmines with great nuggets of ideas, sessions presented by Dale Carnegie, and awards to people who have made a difference to yeshiva administrators nationwide.
Participants and sponsors receive Glatt Kosher catered meals from welcome buffet on Sunday through to-go dinner on Tuesday, all sessions and plenaries, network with colleagues from schools nationwide, free consultations with experienced professionals, professional and personal inspirational keynote addresses, and wifi in all public spaces and guest rooms. The hotel rooms are $219 per night and not included in the conference fee. See below for charges regarding parking and golf.
If you are flying, fly into Tampa international Airport (TPA). The Saddlebrook Resort is 29 miles north of TPA. Arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by emailing erin.santiago@saddlebrook.com at least 7 days in advance. Share a ride for $45 each way or reserve a limousine for $105 which will be waiting for you.

If you’re driving, it’s 4 hours from Boca and under 5 hours from Miami. There’s only valet parking at the 480 acre resort, which is $30 per night.
5 Star Caterers of New York is catering the event under the supervision of the OU Pas Yisroel, Cholov Yisroel, and to the greatest extent possible, Yoshon. When you register, you can indicate your dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-fee.
The hotel says that you can probably check in early, and you can definitely use the facilities! If you want a Sunday tee-time, email Kyle.bruce@troon.com. Before, during and after the conference there is a minimal charge for tennis and pickleball courts and the $55 charge to play nine holes includes the use of a golf cart.
100%. There’s a lot to do at Saddlebrook and excellent wi-fi. Register your spouse at a reduced rate which includes food, participation in plenaries and use of the facilities.
